How this exam decides

Setup. Skim how the exam is built. Start the 35-hour course.

The exam is 180 questions in 240 minutes. About 170 are scored. You get two 10-minute breaks, and after a break you cannot return to earlier questions. Pace is about 80 seconds a question.

The split is People 33%, Process 41%, Business environment 26%. Business environment is no longer a sliver. Value, compliance, change, and how you handle AI all sit in that slice.

Most items are situations: what should you do first or next. The attractive wrong answer is usually action without understanding, escalation too early, or doing the team's work yourself.

Trap. A familiar story from your job is not the question on the screen. Solve the one they wrote.

Assess, then act. The project manager removes blockers. The project manager does not grab the tool.
